Pewter casting and Blender work
This project focuses on developing my specialist skills through the selection of one 2D and one 3D discipline to explore in greater depth. For my 2D skill, I chose to work with CAD and Blender, aiming to strengthen my digital design and modelling abilities. For my 3D skill, I focused on casting and moulding, specifically working with pewter moulding techniques. Throughout the project, I set out to improve both my technical understanding and practical craftsmanship, gaining confidence in digital design workflows as well as hands-on fabrication processes.
