Saucepan Project

For this project, we were asked to collaborate with our housemates to come up with a design that would help with weighing a product. I wanted to focus on practicality and space-saving, so I came up with the idea of combining two everyday kitchen tools into one — a saucepan and a set of scales. The goal was to make food prep more efficient, especially in small kitchens where space is limited. By integrating the weighing function directly into the pan, users can measure ingredients as they cook, which helps reduce mess and cuts down on the number of items that need washing up afterwards. It’s a simple concept aimed at making daily tasks easier.
